1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Regulane compliance platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Regulane provides a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) management platform, including tools for risk management, audit tracking, policy management, vendor risk assessment, incident management, and related compliance workflows.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice before your next billing cycle.
5. Customer Data
You retain all rights to the compliance data, documents, and records you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data, interfering with the platform's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable window to export your Customer Data.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Regulane does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in compliance certification or audit success. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regulane's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
